Confirmation completes the grace of Baptism. Through the laying on of hands, anointing with Sacred Chrism, and the invocation of the Holy Spirit, the candidate receives a special outpouring of the Holy Spirit's seven gifts (Wisdom, Understanding, Counsel, Fortitude, Knowledge, Piety, and Fear of the Lord) to equip them to live as bold witnesses for Christ.

Youth Confirmation: Youth in our parish receive Confirmation preparation through our parish school and PSR programs, usually during middle school or high school as designated by the Catholic Diocese of Wichita.

Sponsor Selection: Candidates choose a sponsor—a committed, practicing Catholic who acts as a spiritual mentor through preparation and beyond.

Adult Confirmation: Adults who are baptized Catholic but have not yet been confirmed are prepared through customized adult formation classes or OCIA.
