"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit." — Matthew 28:19

Baptism is the gateway to life in the Spirit and the door that gives access to the other sacraments. Through Holy Baptism, original sin is washed away, we are welcomed into God’s family as His beloved sons and daughters, and we become members of the Body of Christ and the Church.

Infant Baptism: Parents are to attend a baptismal preparation class prior to scheduling the baptism. Please contact the parish office during pregnancy so arrangements can be made seamlessly.

Adult Baptism: Adults and older children seeking Baptism participate in the Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA).

Godparent Requirements: At least one godparent must be a practicing Catholic in good standing, at least 16 years old, and fully initiated (having received Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist).

Baptisms are normally held after one of the weekend Masses.
