ATTENTION CATHOLIC H.S. STUDENTS & PARENTS!!!

If you are seeking parish sponsorship from St. Jude for your child to attend a Catholic high school in 2026-2027, please sign up for a brief 15-minute meeting with Fr. Fog using this SignUpGenius link.

During this meeting, we will review the Parish-Family Agreement (PFA) and the parish expectations (Mass attendance, parish involvement, grades, behavior, etc.) that the family is agreeing to before the agreement is signed by the parishioner, their parent/guardian, and the pastor.

If none of the available times work for your family, please email Fr. Fog at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to arrange an alternate meeting time. Families are required to have this meeting before a PFA is signed.

Parish-Family Agreements are due Friday, January 30.

Students will not be permitted to pre-enroll without a completed and signed PFA.
